Nuts and Grains Granola

2 Tablespoons chia seeds
2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
1/4 cup dried quinoa
1 Tablespoon flax meal
3 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Handful each of pumpkin seeds, cashews, and walnuts
2 Tablespoons local honey
1/3 cup melted ghee
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Coconut spray

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well using hands.

Spread ingredients evenly on large cooking pan that has been lined with parchment paper.

Bake in preheated oven @375 for 10 minutes.
