Protein Energy Balls

Protein energy balls filled with tons of fiber, less fat, and sweetened with nature’s candy! A wonderful pick me up without the crash of sugary snacks!

INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup gluten free oatmeal
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup dried quinoa - uncooked
1 scoop vanilla protein powder. I use Kachava brand. Use your favorite
1/4 cup unsweetened almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon almond flavoring
2 tablespoons almond milk

Mix dry ingredients to blend well.

Use clean hands to combine all ingredients to form dough like mixture.
