

Gluten Free Sourdough Granola
Granola is a favorite topping for plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or a simple salad.

INGREDIENTS
			2 cups gluten free oats
	
      3 cups nuts - pistachios , cashews, and walnuts
	
      1/2 cup sourdough starter
	
      1/2 cup local honey
	
      1 tsp vanilla extract
	
      1/2 cup avocado oil or coconut oil
	
      1 tsp salt
	
      1/2 tsp cinnamon
